Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is beneficial to all and is often recommended by doctors and surgeons following surgical operations. I use feather-light, rhythmic strokes in precise anatomical sequences to guide excess interstitial fluid toward the lymph nodes — the gentle external pressure enhances the natural pumping action of the lymphatic vessels, which have no heart of their own and rely entirely on movement and manual stimulation to function efficiently. The result is measurable reduction in swelling, reduced pain, and a significantly improved environment for tissue healing.

This treatment is suitable after liposuction, abdominoplasty, breast surgery, mastectomy, hysterectomy, caesarean, BBL, and orthopaedic surgery. Sessions typically begin 2 to 6 weeks post-operation, subject to surgeon clearance.
